The ideal nanny:
Mum is looking for someone warm, patient and nurturing who can become a consistent and trusted part of their family. The nanny will need to be highly reliable and organised, confident working independently and comfortable taking initiative.

As this position will be supported through the family’s In Home Care provider, applicants must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Hold, or be willing to work towards, at least a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Have a recent Police Check.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Be able to provide three childcare-related references.
• Hold a full driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Hours:
Before school:Monday–Friday: approximately 6:30am–8:30am
After school:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: approximately 3:00pm–8:00pm
Wednesday: approximately 2:10pm–8:00pm
Additional hours will also be available during the school holidays.

Duties include:

• Helping G7 get ready for school in the mornings.
• School drop-off and pick-up.
• Transporting G7 to activities as required.
• Providing engaging and nurturing before and after-school care.
• Preparing a simple dinner.
• Supporting G7 with her afternoon and evening routine.
• Caring for G7 until Mum returns home.
• Additional care during the school holidays.

The family has a dog, so the nanny will need to be comfortable around pets.
